Vermeil jewelry is durable and high in quality, however, it is important to treat it with a little extra care. Always make sure to remove your gold vermeil jewelry when bathing or applying lotions and perfumes. Your gold vermeil pieces should also be the last thing you put on when getting dressed. To keep your jewelry looking as fresh as possible we recommend placing the piece safely inside the CB pouch given with every order.

Please note that we ship all orders from our Dallas warehouse Monday through Friday. All orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (M-F) of the purchase date. If an order is placed after 1PM Eastern Time on Friday, it will be shipped the following week. If ordering Next Day Shipping before 1PM Eastern Time, the order will be shipped that same day.
For all personalized and pre-order items please allow 14-20 business days from the order date (not including delivery time) for the item to ship. Once we handpack and prepare your package for shipping, we will hand it off to a third party courrier so that your package will arrive to you safe and sound! In the case that your package is lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival, Coco Bijoux does not take responsibility for it. All claims must be made through the carrier your package was shipped with.
